How to get the system model name and serial number?

1. Turn you system upside-down. Find the rating label attached on the bottom case as shown below.

                  


2. Read the model number in the rating label and serial number in the bar code label.

How to get the BIOS version?

1. On POST ( Power On Self Test ) screen. Press "Pause" to freeze the screen and read the BIOS version as shown below.
     If customer's logo shows on the POST screen, please try pressing "TAB" key twice to skip it ( but it may not work ).

             


2. Or you can launch the "system information" in the following directory
    Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information
